I was going to get DD to discuss what he thought a good buyout price would be but since he's proven himself to be a Major AHole I'll put him on ignore instead.
I know some folks have implied LP would want no less than $20 per share, and that might be reasonable, but I'm thinking $20 per share take home after taxes which are going to be horrendous for big holders like her. So she's probably going to need at least $30 or maybe more to cover the taxes down. That would be good for me since most of my holdings are in IRA's. And I'm getting old and wouldn't mind this coming to an end. But, I'm not selling most so I'll be in for the long run whatever happens.
