Go tell that to the market that always frowns on 'reverses splits' with the stock price reaction. Cut it anyway you want, a reverse split will not help the financial facts of this company and all the failures by the family leadership over the past twenty years Do all the math you want on the stock price with corresponding shares outstanding, the fact of the matter is this stock price has dropped like a rock from high double zeros (.008) and almost a penny everyone was excited about, to .0001 -.0002 - .0003. Yes, that's right, it hit rock bottom of .0001! And I would think we can all assume that severe drop in stock price was due to the SAD financials----NO? And maybe also that they stopped reporting them?
