Hyder, many factors can achieve a fair value 1) Buyout would be fastest but with NWBO positioning themselves as a platform technology and the ability to achieve manufacturing requirements their valuation may be beyond most BP’s 2) Partnerships through collaborative trials as highlighted in the 10K looks like the most likely route. I believe that the Nature Article will be the start of a change in attitude towards NWBO technology and the promise of actual cures being achieved through combination treatments will help accelerate SP appreciation because once MAA is achieved DCVAX will be seen as a platform technology that can lead to cures. Any short positions that exist will start to be covered in earnest and with NWBO longs now emboldened by a remarkable Nature article and promise of MAA approval will not sell. MM’s and their cabal will not be able to convince longs to sell at low valuation targets of 5 to 10 dollars never mind 20 to 40 because a platform technology will eventually achieve valuations way north of 50 billion dollars. We longs have held our shares for years and even though some may sell a small portion there is no way any sane person will sell shares in a company that will grow into a behemoth because there is no current stock that can even compete with the trajectory of a company that can provide a platform to attack all diseases. It is my belief that dendritic cell technology will conquer disease in all its forms so my advice to you is, sure sell shares when you need the cash but hold the majority to make sure you achieve generational wealth. Linda Powers and NWBO have presented us dumb money retail investors a chance to stick it to those greedy Wall Street thugs and keep the riches for our families. There will never be a timeline presented to you that will increase your wealth as exponentially as NWBO shares will once this train leaves the station, so just sit back and enjoy the ride because when it kicks off what a ride it will be.
