It is weird. Very curious.

So Yorkville purchases 75,000 and 82,500 = 157,500

Like you said, why 2 small ones? (one not rounded up) (earmarked cash?)

IMO the SP climbs now under whatever manipulation force, and NioCorp should do another raise/sale at the top, so Yorkville is more likely to want to keep those shares green and not want to push the price lower knowing they will be losing SP Value, at the same time.

The timing of these Yorkville deals is up to NioCorp.

Follow the Technicals, or be Fundamentally too late to the Party.
