Is this true??? from Stocktwits...regarding another lawsuit that MAY IMPACT OURS....


UPDATE. Just over 25 minutes.. Judge agrees to drop SEC from the lawsuit and agrees to move forward with the lawsuit against citadel and ken g’s goons to move into the discovery phase! Though the SEC was dropped form the lawsuit, they CAN STILL be subpoenaed to take the stand in court and explain he the dark and illegal trading strategies Citadel used. This is HUGE for NWBO! Laura Posner and the law firm need to take note and follow this mans path to get us to discovery on Citadel and we will have them by the balls!
