My grandfather was a Rosicrucian and he told me of the Power of Attraction (The Secret) when I was 10 years old. It works, but why? Maybe you are just conditioning your subconscious to be aware of opportunities that will fulfil your desires. Maybe there is an implicate order to the universe that responds to conscious intent. Maybe God answers prayers... who knows but it does work whether we want it to or not. "Thoughts become things". Whatever it is that you dwell upon, you will attract. It's that simple. Good, bad, whatever. You get what you think about most.
