Methinks, this is interesting!! If a computer is using Wave Endpoint Monitor worrying about software vulnerabilities shouldn’t be so worrisome!! If there is malware that is trying to hack one of these ‘vulnerabilities’ WEM should indicate an alert since the malware doesn’t match up with what is already in the TPM for programs and an exploit could thus be stopped. It’s great to have hardware (TPM) as a baseline so these software vulnerabilities aren’t exploited!! In effect the TPM was ‘designed to be secure’!! Why would Microsoft still make the TPM mandatory for Windows 11? Also, software only is probably still easier to crack than an individual PC with TPM 1.2. With just software only the hacker can attack multiple devices at a time!! I may not be right all the time, but that’s my take and TPMs make it so the hacker needs to have TPM to hack it!! A hacker doesn’t need the device to hack software only!!
