Honestly, I have zero confidence in this leadership group. They sure implied that they believe this deal is done and have washed their hands of all duties to inform the share holders. And that's saying something since they have historically been terrible about investor relations.
I would hope that Bgen and Viro have not stopped all progress, but what are they able to do without any funding?
I'm curious if they have been paid by SAGA this last 6 months, as per the contracts that were part of the Business Combination documents.
