The same reason people open accounts with DraftKings or any of the other wagering platforms.

Because they crave "action." True enough most come out on the losing side, but...if I could make just one more bet I just know I'll make it all up!

I'm glad you figured Moomoo out. I got lost as to WHY anyone would open an account with them.
