I agree but it won't be due to people on the "carnivore" diet. We eat all meats not just red meats. My Trigs are 40 and HDL is 90. It's all of the insulin resistant folks that are dealing with blood sugar issues and diabetes due to diet and now trying Wegovy and Ozempic..... wait until they start experiencing the long term effects of those drugs.
