Hi Jelly,

thanks for your interest

Recently a IMO reputable and hard working writer of this board shared with the rest of the existance of Woodway Fiduciary & Advisory Services LLC ( https://opengovwa.com/corporation/604631778 ), as you can see in the content of the link Charles Edward Smith is the attorney in charge of the LLC.

link number 1):
https://opengovny.com/attorney/2877561,
proves that the Charles Edward Smith mentioned in Woodway Fiduciary & Advisory Services LLC is in fact "our" Charles Edward Smith, also attorney for WMILT
as the links shows ..... great :) , so the same guy has been engaged with WMILT and Woodway Fiduciary & Advisory Services LLC, but that IMO does not 100% prove the continuity between WMILT and Woodway Fiduciary & Advisory Services LLC ( Woodway as a beneficiary ownership succesor of WMILT), right?

As per Perplexity AI. (as per another post of the same poster) :

" ... The link between Paladin Acquisitions Corp, WOODWAY FIDUCIARY & ADVISORS LLC, and WMI Liquidating Trust lies in their respective roles within the context of Washington Mutual's bankruptcy and subsequent liquidation. Paladin Acquisitions Corp was involved in the acquisition of certain assets related to Washington Mutual's bankruptcy

. WOODWAY FIDUCIARY & ADVISORS LLC, as a fiduciary entity, is likely involved in managing trusts and adhering to fiduciary duties, potentially including those related to the assets or affairs of Washington Mutual or its related entities. On the other hand, WMI Liquidating Trust was established as part of the bankruptcy proceedings to liquidate assets and distribute them to beneficiaries according to the Liquidating Trust Agreement

2
. Each entity plays a distinct role in the aftermath of Washington Mutual's bankruptcy, with Paladin Acquisitions Corp involved in asset acquisition, WOODWAY FIDUCIARY & ADVISORS LLC likely managing fiduciary responsibilities, and WMI Liquidating Trust overseeing the final distribution and winding down of operations related to the bankruptcy proceedings.

Are you 100% sure?
Yes, I am confident in the accuracy of the information provided regarding the roles of Paladin Acquisitions Corp, WOODWAY FIDUCIARY & ADVISORS LLC, and WMI Liquidating Trust in relation to Washington Mutual's bankruptcy and liquidation proceedings. The details shared are based on the available search results, which outline the distinct roles and activities of each entity within this context. ..."

But there is no SEC filing in which (link number 2 : https://www.sec.gov/edgar/search/?r=el#/q=%2522WOODWAY%2520FIDUCIARY%2522&dateRange=all ) such connection described by Perplexity AI can be shown; in fact there is not any SEc filing in which Woodway can be shown ...

IMO, Link number 2 does not 100% negate Perplexity AI statement's validity but a SEC confirmation would erase any doubt of the undeniable connection between WMLIT and WOODWAY FIDUCIARY & ADVISORS LLC and as per SEC such connection does not exist (but may exist despite non disclosure by the SEC)

Just my opinion, I could be wrong

I hope my answer explains what I meant with those two links
