Crash, Agree that management should move forward with the lawsuit. I believe that is needed to indirectly lead to criminal prosecution. Potentially the financial damages then would be just as great or greater. That is what our financial markets and investors need. But in the case it does have to settle, which often it does, I hope that in addition to a very substantial sum like $1-$2B, like you say, there is a clawback of senior mgmt bonuses going back the 5 years of the spoofing and either a disintegration of a part of that firm or a firing of those folks. That would be a next best public deterrence to others.
