Regarding INOQ/TPTS - There are some other possibilities that I could think of, and that is Alpha Design, Digithrive, or something to do with India in general.

Yes, this PR is from 2021 and a very longggggg reach, but it was supposed to be a separate entity too. Seems like it could be back on the table with the telecommunications agreements?? IDK, just pure speculation. There were like a string of 4-5 pr's around India, then silence. Seems like what they were working on was years off (which is now present day) lol
