LR, I believe this is really a thinly traded microcap land nefarious behavior to manipulate the stock price.

But, we all know TP's former posts on Ihub were on penny and sub-penny stocks, so he lived in a land of trash companies.

That lawsuit shows the volume of posts was in the 300-400 posts per day. Granted TPs are maybe 1/10th of that, but yes I believe he is trying to do this however Lightwave, though it doesn't have huge liquidity, it is trading 500-700k per day, and I doubt TP or others like him are buying the majority of stock in one day's volume. Though that march from $5s last May after ASM deal news to $9s was very interesting and I know created some kind of retail MoMo. His appearance to me is just a POS annoying person on ignore, and I believe much of the price compression is due to shorts and/or limited news from the company after the Dec 4th letter and the fact that there are those who trade a good amount of the stock. We'll see. These games shall end soon imho; at least in the single dollar trading range. Still, that is an interesting case you brought up and the outcome for a 15 year old prangster! I wonder what his grades in school look like!?? 🤪
