where are all the derivative lawsuits against these market makers if the spoofing case is so strong?

It cost money to launch a derivative lawsuit. I think they are waiting for a spoofing case to hit the jackpot to derisk their case and then just watch them all line up to file suit.

In any event, amending and re-filing the complaint puts everyone back to square one.

We agree on this one - sort of. By this I mean, when they refile the complaint, they now know exactly what needs some work and what is just fine as it stands. From the attorney's stand point, this is great as they know where to put their effort and what needs no work at all. They can also now take the opportunity to add all the spoofing that the defendants had the gall to continue to do right under the nose of the court since the case was filed to the present.

From the perspective of NWBO shareholders and valuation of our investment, this is a non-factor.

Totally disagree, While becoming a major biopharma is still number one on the agenda of NWBO, but a nice early settlement can be significant in helping NWBO with cash when they need it. Or a huge win, if they have to go the full length of a trial could be a very significant factor - even if not the main factor. Just remember, a win here, would open the floodgates for copycat lawsuits and bring the defendants to their knees.

Maybe from a market integrity perspective, this case could be important. But still years from getting to that point, if ever.

Agree. It may be a long road if they do not settle.
