Was the decision to lay off the Virginia Beach staff really 100% Susan's idea like she claims it is in the Members Only club? If so, it should 100% fall on her.

But hell, I'll join the chorus that Ben and Roger should step down too. They keep taking (seemingly successful) cafes and running them into the ground. Glendale, Provo, now this? Surely they were making money when they were bought, or else why buy them in the first place?
