The Company has modified the note with the Note Holder on the Napoleonville Louisiana
Property as follows: all property taxes are paid by the Company in full. The note for the
property and the existing buildings is $200,000. The Company has agreed to pay $1500 on the
first of every month beginning October 1, 2022, and for the subsequent 35 months through
August 1, 2025. The Company has agreed to pay a balloon payment for the remaining $147,500
on September 1, 2025
