The CEO, who allegedly has been using a pseudonym here below to promote his projects and inflate stock prices without inability to secure funding, should be apprehensive about the potential consequences of his actions.

He knows very well who he is, and he knows that we know who he is as well.

If he is not careful, he will suffer the same consequences as the CEO in this SEC release, which is not far off as he is already on their radar:
