The lack of experience and expertise by Ben and Roger is completely destroying real growth.

They need to develop a REAL business plan and stick with it. Better yet, hire someone who knows what the F they are doing. It took a year of operating Virginia to figure out their staff wasn’t cutting it? Good grief…..talk about heads in the sand.

Too many foolish moves and acquisitions that go nowhere but back to square one. These guys are best at wasting time and opportunities , that’s for sure.

Hire a real CEO! Ben you are proving you are definitely not the best for this position. In fact, it is costing us dearly on behalf of all involved! Move over and get out of the way. Pay for a new CEO outa pocket, you are costing us too many opportunities!
