If Dorick is right, after a year and a half or so of investigating the “Photon Engine”, the SEC will conclude that Quantum had covered up their discovery that the engine doesn’t do what they thought it did, Quantum will pay a fine (similar to fines companies like Boeing have paid for cover-ups), and then Quantum will march forward with their other products (once again, similar to other companies like Boeing).

If I’m correct, in 8 months or so Dorick’s complaint will land on an investigator’s desk. After four hours of reading scientific explanations and watching videos of spinning engines, the brain-fogged investigator will wander to the break room only to discover maintenance personnel have initiated installation of the very system Dorick is trying to debunk.
