This has been my point as well. You’d really prefer a rando third party (think Lannett, who reneged on their distribution deal with us) own half of the Adderalls vs the largest shareholder of Elite? Makes no sense.

Almost like they’d rather Elite be loaned money from any random bank, and at a higher rate, as long as it isn’t the CEO.
