There really is no other explanation. The Mikah is the devil is really the only angle they can try. It's dumb but the fundamentals of the company present minimal opportunity and they are only going to rapidly grow.

They know all this so the Nasrat is the Bogeyman is all they have left. I think it's so that anyone that comes to the board will read the nonsense.

I don't even know what their argument is. They would rather be paying the same profit split to another company with no opportunity to buy the 50% of the product back? They would rather not have the ridiculous fundamentals and rapid growth?

It's beyond dumb
