You have not shown any instance where illegality occurred. You have not showed any instance where anyone was harmed and the opposite is true by 1000% where all investors are benefitting.

You have not showed any alternative that should have been taken that would have been better and you have no information to indicate that an alternative was available.

I usually don't bother with you, Sleuth, for the same reason I don't argue with drunks in the emergency department. Nonetheless, if you really want to understand, I suggest you start by looking up the entire fairness standard as it relates to a controlling stockholder. What you will learn is that there is no burden of proof on the plaintiff to show any of those things. The burden of proof is entirely on the CEO to demonstrate for any self deal that the whole transaction was fair to stockholders, from process to price. There are easy ways he could have managed all of these transactions in order to make them fair to shareholders, but he never did. There are certain steps he was obligated to do to guarantee the rights of shareholders, and he never did. The burden will be entirely on Hakim to prove his self deals were fair to shareholders, and I am very confident he cannot.
