You haven't shown anything that makes an argument. You have not shown any instance where illegality occurred. You have not showed any instance where anyone was harmed and the opposite is true by 1000% where all investors are benefitting.

You have not showed any alternative that should have been taken that would have been better and you have no information to indicate that an alternative was available.
