Seriously, who cares???

Can Lebby successfully run a publicly traded company?

Can he successfully commercialize the company’s technology?

Can he successfully close deals and sign customers?

So far, the answer to those questions is an unequivocal “no” (aside from the Hail Mary deal with an unknown company of unknown size for a minuscule amount of revenue, which is less an "accomplishment" than a managerial sleight of hand to keep the ship afloat).

I realize that Lebby's continued failure to meet timelines, deadlines, goals, and business objectives time and time again is somewhat embarrassing, but focusing on his side gig as a paid witness just makes you look desperate.
