As the great sage has posted: Be careful what you wish for.
I don't think a lawsuit or an indictment of a CEO who is by far the largest shareholder in the Corporation would be good news for shareholders. Of course, if you sold too early to buy your kid a cheap used car, you may want to bash a stock and its BOD to buy back in at a lower price. Mikah has been a major source of funds for R&D.
The bashers here obviously have an agenda or are indeed employed by entities which want to suppress the stock price.
