I've been tracking the merger on KOAN for the past 8 months. They somehow canceled the previous merger and signed a deal with EMGE. From my perspective, this is a great deal for EMGE. I'll need to delve deeper into the merger details. KOAN seems to be a great company with an impressive share structure, especially being OTC QB-listed.
