He could have and should have got out in front of this SAGA mess and backed out of the deal as soon as the Nasdaq and other issues came to light. There was no reason to keep shareholders in the dark by going silent and no reason to continue on with the SAGA deal knowing the amount of baggage and red flags. Didn’t he learn his lesson with Harry?
