I mean...you accuse people of making up stuff like "silence is acceptance". Your argument, also made up, is that "silence is rejection". It's the same argument, just the other direction.

Yes, Dave said that they would PR acceptance. However, it has since been pretty heavily researched and confirmed that companies very rarely PR the acceptance/validation of an MAA. It seems much more likely that DI was talking out of his ass with regards to PRing acceptance/validation, and that they never intended to do that.

It is also, quite simply, highly unlikely the application wasn't validated. Validation is wildly simple. I know your argument is that NWBO management messes up wildly simple things, and I am extremely critical of them as well, but this is next order of simple. The validation looks at things like a table of contents, title page, payment was received. It is a technicality for 99% of apps. Frankly, it's just not a big deal. And it almost certainly happened.
