Comments like that make you look stupid.

First, iHub doesn't allow multiple accounts, and they track that sort of thing.

Second, almost nobody shorts penny stocks, and it is ridiculous to even bring it up. Most brokerages don't even allow it, and the ones that do have hefty "borrow" fees (like $2.50 / per share). Nobody is going to put up $2.50 for a share worth 6 cents.
