Oh yes I forgot we have a magic wand that we can just wave it and other countries will just comply. When Trump stopped a policy that O'Bama had about supporting Central American countries more instability reigned. That and climate change will drive more people to northern countries and close to a billion people will be caught up in this instability. Get use to it.
