This is why we spend money on overseas relationships and agreements with other nations. Not just fancy dinners. Agreements have to be put in place that unwanted citizens from another nation if the home Country will not take them back then monies for them to stay here will be collected from their Country of Origin for the remainder of their time living in our Country. Not by our Country. It’s all in legal agreements with these nations.
