Merit goes to Split T and bgriffinokc go shared with the rest of us the existence of WMI HOLDINGS, INC. (File Number: 4854674), I just did a bit of late follow up

Split T mentioned recently that he and three other well know members of the saga made an oath regarding further disclose of this (or something similar), so I understand that what those four beneficial owners can share about this specific information is limited

I believe that if monies eventually come to beneficial owners of the Delaware Statutory Trusts it will not be to pasive beneficial owners but will require some action by those benefical owners and that expalins the 24/7 presence of (IMO paid) naysayers, their presence makes absolutely no sense if monies will come to pasive beneficial owners IMO.

The fact that 10,000,000 of former preferred face value is needed for a single share of WMI HOLDINGS, INC. (File Number: 4854674) inmmediately before its merger into A. J. HURT, JR.,INC suggests that aggregation of beneficial owners' intersest may be needed among possibly other actions by beneficial owners in order to access those monies.
I wanna be wrong but if the designers of this saga can legally steal from retail again they will IMO, so this is for me a big concern
