And the exploitation is worse than the problem. Worse yet, people like Shaughnessy think they've discovered this terrible danger to our capital markets. They seem utterly unaware of the hysteria that led to the creation of Reg SHO.

They also seem to be unaware of the fact that Reg SHO works quite well.
