Methinks, I’ll stop blabbing and let you and unixguy share because what do I really know. I’ve got a lot more to learn in life, but what if we made all this commercial space in NY call centers for charity and customer service. We need people who can talk in English and other languages not the round about that we get from speaking to computers over the phone. I think we need to speak to humans and companies who have great customer service would have more people want to be customers of their companies. IMO NEW YORK could be the customer service capital of the world!!! Just a crazy idea!!
