So this is another private placement to a share holder that already has a lot of shares and interest in the company,correct? But still no name of the term sheet placement of our unit with which company. Why would all this cash continue to be coming to us if the interest wasn’t there by Jacob Warnock that wants to finance the project. We can get another 20 million and that could be towards our next unit and the placement of of unit in western United States.the dilution is not great but there could be reason for much excitement of what’s to come. Am I interpreting this wrong?
