Astra should first concentrate on successfully funding one Africa project and then concentrate its efforts on others; instead, it seems very pleased with itself to be collecting MOU's all over Africa, which are of no consequence. Tanzania, Zanzibar, Lesotho, what African country is next?

Look at the core fundamentals, why are the former African projects still not funded? Why is that funders are not moving forward? Why is it these countries cannot underwrite any financing initiatives.
