This case you quote was from the previous building owner. It expired because Holcomb were evicted, hence lack of prosecution by the Plaintiff in this matter, as it did not need to anymore.

This has nothing to do with the matter of Kelmar Realty Holdings Inc., where the Plaintiff is the owner of the current building where Holcomb are tenants and has also lent $1.5m to the Defendant Holcomb, this case is still in play and has not been chucked out.
