Incorrect.

In this eviction case, Judge has ordered Plaintiff to file accounts in Court showing payments made and those which have been dishonored by Defendants Holcomb.

This is to do with a $1.5m loan the Plaintiff provided the Defendants Holcomb. The Plaintiff is also the landlord to Defendants Holcomb's facility.

Case continues and has not been chucked out. Please do not believe the hype, keep to the facts. You are welcome to check with the Court Register.
