Reiko.....whats happening to Boris now is not good or rational for his well being when he finds out that his delusion is a failure... not only is he counting the money before it arrives, but he is actually beginning to place it within specific accounts to insure its safety from others, and planning for the long term when the world order goes whacky....he says payment is forthcoming soon with no substantiation other than his self induced deductions, and goes against all known official documents in contradiction to his convictions....His hubris is on steroids and will come to no good end...somebody please talk to him before he goes off....
