And that case is about brokers not locating shares before short selling them... NOT about counterfeiting shares Doofus!

That is naked shorting lol, which is counterfeiting.

Not sure why you guys go about things this way, denying naked shorting so hard. It plays against you and what you are trying to do, makes it to obvious.
