Could not agree more. The lack of publicly traded co. managerial skillsets in the company has been painfully obvious since the OTC days. Botched, ill-advised communications, dangerously close to breach of fiduciary duty stock sales and bonuses, cash on hand due to the screw-the-shareholders LPC deal; and all with a big fat zero in the revenue column (with the exception, of course, of the half-baked 50k mystery deal that stinks of shareholder appeasement).

The lack of quality at the helm is obvious. It needs to change. Marcelli sent to the glue factory, Lebby moved into the CT role, fire MZ, and get a solid CFO for starters.
