I'm sorry, but that is such a silly apologist statement.

I suppose that is a response to that frivolous lawsuit years ago. The large short position may also play a part. Given the usual response to any good news from the company is an attack and a drop in share price, Missling may have decided no news is good news. It is frustrating for us shareholders.

More than ever the company must communicate clearly expressing important news so that it is understood as such instead of leaving things open to interpretation and critique, which is bound to be a turn-off to any serious investor. Nor is obfuscation and unclear communications a good strategy for avoiding lawsuits, frivolous or otherwise!

Is Anavex inept at writing clear PR or do they want to obfuscate less than brilliant news, is the question for this investor. It is actually getting quite tedious to see one bungle after another being communicated or indeed nothing useful communicated about previous catalysts.

There is no cabal attacking $AVXL, only lacklustre results and unclear communication leading to unclear investment potential. Only clowns cannot see that!

To me it is extremely frustrating as I do believe A2-73 has potential. So far only P2 trial designs have been run with sticky label saying "/P3 potentially pivotal" (except for one very small adult Rett trial labeled P3, where unreliable results appeared positive). I would have been fine with P2 trials labeled as P2 trials coming with a follow up PR explaining how analysis shows important signals that will be incorporated in well designed P3 trials with good probability of success. Anavex will (in my long held opinion) eventually have to go down that well trodden path anyway, but with some lost time and credibility.

The longer we wait, the sooner we will get rich!
