Just because the lender cannot own more than 9.9% doesn't mean others can't hold more 10% , so far we got a small one .4% - with new ownership(if so watch for filings as they must report anything 5% or more if they take hold -which is 750k or more , we will know if so in auto generated filing proof (on watch note)
