Today I sent out my sixth request in a week to the TA for an update on the current o/s. I know they have recieved the emails (used the read receipt option when sending) but they have chose not to respond. Friday I sent Don an email saying that they have not been responding to shareholder requests and that as an agent to Harvard that they should be more accountable. He sent me back an email indicating that he would send along an email to the TA in this regard. He did not however respond to my request for an update on o/s. I imagine this is changing.
