I was totally shocked when DANNY, AYA's assistant attorney told me at lunch that day that the UW's most likely had 800K to a 1mill $$$$$$$$$$ in that one day fighting AYA over the stipulation that was not put in front of the judge.
People just don't get it when they say """LET'S SUE"" and just how deep they will need to dig into their pockets to do that.........
Remember that over all close to 1 BILLION dollars was spent in legal fees in the BK cases, 1 billion $$$$$$$$$$$
