Man, I would just love it if players started leaving Boras. I'm waiting now for Boras to file a lawsuit claiming collusion.
The thing about Boras is, he will screw over one of his lower paid guys to make up for teams paying the big contracts to others. Never understood
how he gets away with this.
Will these guys settle on a 1 year deal now?? With these guys who are over 30, it doesn't seem like a good idea for them.
Chris Young holding out seems awfully ballsy (no pun intended)....of course, as Spring Training starts, pitchers will get injuries and may force teams to pony up, but again, I'd think for a 1 or 2 year deal. I just don't see a 6 year deal coming this late. We'll see.
