Looks like they are about to start the marketing campaign very soon based on my understanding of what 4kst does. Seems like this will be integrated into VuMe as a measuring tool as well. I kept posting that they were going to utilize VuMe into the Smart City initiative. I believe this is where Digithrive will also come into play too (eventually).

Also, a clue that the smarty city initiative is still on the table. Would like to see more news on this brought into the fold either right before or after IPO to keep the stock strong.
