As an observation, Ana Q., who was hired as Company Controller last October appears to be the head bean counter. She has an impressive resume that includes M&A... Hmmm..

Then there is the recent hire Brandon Ramsey, whose role is Purchasing Manager, presumably to ensure they have all the materials needed to make the Goo in stock, and to ensure that they aren't overpaying for said materials. Like the Sr. Accountant, Brandon started at Lightwave 2 months ago, but they finally got around to adding the Sr. Accountant to LinkedIn yesterday.

As a final observation, I believe the TRUE current head count at Lightwave is probably around 38-39 people. I believe some of the "People" listed on LinkedIn are not actual "Staff".
