BTW, the deposition of Steve Walker would be classic. Don't you think? I'd start with the 25 year relationship he has had with the founders of Natural Shrimp in previous ventures as their corporate attorney. Maybe I would ask if his brother is the current accountant for NSH. Are you a shareholder of NSH Mr. Walker? Is your brother also? Why didn't you name either you or your brother as a plaintiff?

In fact I would bet that lawsuit was such a sham, I don't even know if the lawsuit was even ever served. Hint number 1 is the answer was filed 12 days after the compliant was filed. Hint number 2 is that there was no affidavit of service. Just sayin.
